Payment Terms
By purchasing a course, product, or service from Chrissy Papetti LLC through our Sites, you agree to the following payment terms:
1. General Payment Terms
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. When you make a purchase, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount, including any applicable taxes and fees. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and transformative nature of our programs, we do not offer refunds after purchase. Governing Law

(i) The arbitration will be conducted in New Jersey, United States, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

(iii) Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction
(iv) You and Chrissy Papetti LLC agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.
This arbitration agreement shall survive the termination of these Terms and any relationship between you and Chrissy Papetti LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any products or services offered by Chrissy Papetti LLC must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. Otherwise, it is permanently barred.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any product or service offered by Chrissy Papetti LLC shall be resolved on an individual basis only.
You expressly agree that:
(i) You may only bring claims against us in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are waiving the right to participate in a class action or other representative proceeding against Chrissy Papetti LLC and its affiliates, to the extent such waiver is permissible under applicable law.
If any part of this Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, then that claim or remedy (and only that one) must be severed and brought in an individual proceeding, and the remainder of this provision shall remain in full force and effect.
Equitable Relief
You acknowledge that any breach or threatened breach of these Terms — particularly those involving unauthorized use of proprietary content, intellectual property, or violation of community guidelines — would cause irreparable harm to Chrissy Papetti LLC for which monetary damages alone would not be an adequate remedy. In such cases, we shall be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief (without the requirement to post a bond or prove actual damages) in addition to any other remedies available under law or in equity.
Miscellaneous

Headings: Section titles and headings are included for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
Successors & Assigns: These Terms shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon our respective successors, assigns, licensees, and sublicensees.
