Chrissy Papetti LLC, including all Sites and Services, provides educational and informational content designed to support personal growth, mindset work, and life clarity. However, we are not a healthcare provider and do not offer or claim to offer therapy, counseling, or medical treatment of any kind.
The content shared on this website and in our programs — including coaching tools, emotional processing techniques, hypnosis, guided visualizations, somatic exercises, mindset strategies, or any other form of support — is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any psychological, emotional, or medical conditions.
You acknowledge and agree to the following: Chrissy Papetti is a certified coach and licensed occupational therapist, but she is not acting in the role of a therapist, physician, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare provider in this context. Participation in any course, coaching program, community forum, or service is entirely voluntary and does not create a therapeutic relationship. No content provided through this website or program should be considered a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are currently experiencing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or suicidal thoughts; are navigating a medical or psychological condition; or are unsure whether this work is appropriate for your emotional state, you are strongly encouraged to consult with a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical provider before enrolling or participating.
You agree to take full responsibility for your well-being and understand that the strategies and suggestions offered are not universally applicable. What works for one person may not be suitable for another. If at any time you experience emotional distress, discomfort, or feel overwhelmed, it is your responsibility to pause your participation and seek appropriate support. Participation in this work involves self-reflection, exploration of past experiences, and emotional inquiry — which can be deep, powerful, and, at times, challenging. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are capable of making your own decisions and are choosing to participate at your own discretion and risk.
While we wholeheartedly believe in the power of this work and the potential for transformation, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or changes. Personal development is multifaceted and influenced by many internal and external factors. Any testimonials shared are personal experiences and not promises of what you will achieve.
By engaging with this Site or enrolling in any program or service, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Chrissy Papetti LLC, its founder, team members, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your participation. If you have any questions about whether this type of program is right for you, please consult with a qualified health or mental health professional before enrolling.

Binding Arbitration
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any products or services offered by Chrissy Papetti LLC, both you and Chrissy Papetti LLC agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith. Key terms of this arbitration provision:
(i) The arbitration will be conducted in New Jersey, United States, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
(ii) The arbitrator shall apply New Jersey state law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
